In addition to being a hiking guide, I’m also a full-fledged Bob Dylan fanatic. All my friends will tell you: I love talking the man, the music, the myth that is BOB DYLAN.

I’ve been #Bobsessed since about the year 2000, seen him countless times (20+… but honestly I’ve lost count), and I can’t say enough about what he means to me as an exemplary person. And I’m not the only one—there’s a reason he has collected such fervent followers (Bobcats, Bobheads, Bobbleheads (??), Dylanologists, Bobsessives, etc…) over the years.

At the end of the day, it’s about the songs—Like A Rolling Stone is a blueprint about how to live, Desolation Row shows how the world is beautiful, it’s just a matter of perspective, Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door is about the universal human condition, Every Grain Of Sand is about how everything is exactly as it should be—a perfect finished plan, Murder Most Foul is about American redemption by way of our music, I’ll Be Your Baby Tonight… well that one is pretty straightforward.
