Chilled out forest bath
You want to take your time, enjoy nature, walk slow, and look around. You want to soak in the shady air under the trees on a hot summer day. Zone in (out?) looking into the rich brown forest floor underneath the pine trees. Catch the light as it filters through the green leaves. It’s just about relaxing, being present in the moment, and soaking in the colors, lights, sounds, and smells of a forest in summer. No worries about late cancellation with this one if you the situation isn’t right. It’s all about chilling out, moving around, and feeling good in nature...
In a way this is the quintessential Tie-Dyed Guide experience—it really is all about taking in the kaleidoscope of lights and colors.

We can keep it flat, but a few ups and downs can help bring up the heart rate up if you’d like. Happy to talk a bit about the plants and animals, but this is mostly aesthetic. Let’s talk about how beautiful the light is! (Etc…)
More than likely we’ll be wandering in the beautiful Greylock Glen reserve in Adams, MA. (Though we may, depending on conditions and your preferences, pick another nearby spot.) You get incredible valley views of Mighty Mount Greylock from a beautiful meadow in the valley below; you get a walk alongside a lovely shaded stream as it tumbles over rocks and boulders—Wonderful filtered light through hemlock trees overhanging a steep little gully. And the sounds! Well, we can chat along the way, or I can try to get us thinking in terms of beauty if it helps, certainly wander in silence here and there…
